Terms of service

These terms describe the use of SEOHabit’s website checks, authorized automatic submissions and ongoing maintenance service.

Third-party directory submissions

When creating a project, authorize submissions only for a website you are permitted to represent. Eligible directories set their own terms and decide whether to accept a submission. An acknowledgement does not guarantee a listing.

Website and account authorization

Keep your password, recovery code and API keys private. Verify website ownership before using subscribed services. Only provide source material and authorize work for websites you are permitted to manage.

Service limits and review

Checks report what could be observed at the stated time. Access blocks and incomplete data are reported as such. Technical health scores are proprietary diagnostic indicators, not predictions or guarantees of search performance. Source patches and keyword briefs require your review. Do not deploy an unverified change without testing your website.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Ongoing maintenance is $29 per site per month with the allowances shown on the pricing page. Checkout shows applicable taxes and renewal information. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the verified paid period unless the transaction is refunded, disputed or otherwise reversed. Unused task allowances do not roll over.

Billing and delivery problems

Contact us with your order reference if you were charged incorrectly or the service could not be delivered. We review refund requests based on the transaction, delivered service and applicable consumer rights. Statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit spam, probe private networks, access another user’s project, evade limits or distribute unlawful material. We may restrict abusive use while preserving legitimate access where possible.

Changes and contact
